Testimonies

Beth Houle

6th Grade Parent
Our son Michael has attended Trinity Lutheran School since Pre-K, he is currently in sixth grade.  We absolutely love Trinity!  The school provides faith-based education with high academic standards along with a close-knit community.  The teachers provide a supportive and caring environment with a family-like atmosphere and foster a culture of learning.  It is evident that the teachers feel called to their profession with how they interact with the students and families.

I can honestly say that our son’s character, along with his love of serving others, and strong faith foundation has been continuity built upon by the staff at Trinity Lutheran School.

Britnee Hartwig

Middle School ELA Teacher
I love teaching at Trinity because there’s just something special about teaching in a school where I can openly pray with my students and teach them about Jesus.

My ultimate mission as an English teacher is not only to develop students' English language skills, but help foster a sense of belonging in the classroom and in the church. I want my students to walk away equipped for their future in high school and ultimately, their future roles in building the Kingdom of God.

Jillian

Student
My favorite part about Trinity Lutheran School is that my class and I have grown so close together throughout the years, and I’ve been able to make friends from other grades as well. Our classes are great and students are able to participate in organizations such as LJHA, Praise Team, Safety Patrol, and even more. Electives are always a highlight of my day to take a break and work on something a little different than a normal school subject. I’m so glad to be a student at Trinity Lutheran School.

Miss Sallie Kamps

3rd Grade Teacher
I became a Lutheran school teacher because I have a great love for the Lord and wanted others to know and love Him, too. I, myself, went to a Lutheran grade school and my parents, along with my teachers, instilled in me a love for the Lord that I wanted to help instill in others. Jesus gives me purpose because of His suffering and dying for me for the forgiveness of my sins and then rising again to give me eternal life. I pray that my students will realize this and that their faith grows and that they, too, will want to live their life for God and show His love to others through their words and actions.

Roosevelt & Angie Wells

3rd & 5th Grade Parents
We chose Trinity because we felt it was a great choice after being homeschooled for the first few years. We love Trinity’s small class sizes. The staff is so welcoming and nurturing to our girls - They truly care. Teachers at Trinity make sure your child is on the right track. They have wonderful staff support in each class!

Our Principal

Mr. Scott Johnson

My teaching journey began at Trinity in 1995 fresh out of college. I taught at Trinity for 10 years before the Lord Called me on to other adventures. Throughout the following 18 years, I learned many things and grew into a principal. In 2023, I gladly accepted the Call to return to Trinity as the principal. I can’t say enough about how much I value the Trinity Family! To God be the Glory!
